Shipping and Returns

Thank you so much for supporting my small business!

Processing time for orders is 4 days. I ship work on Mondays and Thursdays.

I also offer free porch pick-up at my home in Plainfield, IL. 

I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in the hands of UPS or USPS. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 2 business days with a photo of the package, packaging, and pots. I will ship out a replacement piece or a full refund (including shipping), according to your preference.

International shipping is available. Shopify will calculate the rate.

Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with the piece, contact me within 7 days of receipt. Buyer pays for return shipping, and I will refund the cost of the item.
